Hi rino009.

Before we suggest any troubleshooting steps, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.
It is a must to see before saying anything to you.

Unfortunately the msinfo32.nfo file is incomplete (2.2 kb only). It does not provide anything other than the system summery.

Please do the steps again, give it the required time to complete.

Perfect now.

Not seeing any known source of SPTD in your system, but Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known BSOD causer. Uninstall the program at first. Then download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.
iaStor is the AHCI controller there, Intel Rapid Storage. Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Also, Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus (MSC) and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Report us back for any further BSOD.

Hello,

My virtual machine is running without any problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just have one more question, in the RAM memory it says that I have 3,91 total physical memory but only 1,62 available physical memory. Is that normal? Or, Can I have one damaged memory?

Thank you so much for your help!!!! :D :D :D

You are saying about it? From your system ....
ITEM | VALUE
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) | 4,00 GB
Total Physical Memory | 3,91 GB
Available Physical Memory | 1,62 GB
Total Virtual Memory | 14,6 GB
Available Virtual Memory | 11,7 GB
Page File Space | 10,7 GB
Page File | C:\pagefile.sys
It is very normal. Some part of the memory is already being used. If you want to know in details, check the Memory Tab of the Resource Monitor.

Let us know for any further issue. :)

Hi.

I have got the same problem, BUT it only occurs randomly. Sometimes several times a day and others once each 1-3 days.
It happens if I use the main computer (not the VMware) on playing, then I see this bluescreen pop up.
Im using win7 on VMware

Any idea if its the same problem or something else?
