BSOD when try to install virtual machine (STOP D1)

Hello,

when i try to install a virtual machine (Windows XP Mode) i get this bsod.

my pc works fine all the time, except when i try to install the virtual machine


i got this message "Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" STOP 00000000D1

EDIT:

I solved the problem after hours of testing. The problem was the CPU Virtualizing in BIOS, i turned it off and now it works fine.
