BSOD when starting up 0x000000016 boot logging in circles

Hi, I recently turned my pc on and it's been coming up with this blue screen which says it cannot login I don't know what is wrong also it doesn't restore to previous dates and doesn't let me repair it I can only go into safe mode and that's it. And when booting up it just circles. I have added a picture please take a look and help me out. Thanks

Ouch, that computers graphics card needs to get swapped.

I know i don't have the logs but there is artifacts in the BSOD too and it's an 116 code which is a graphic driver/hardware related issue.
