So, when attempting to install Windows 7 Home Premium, the computer starts normally. However, once it reaches the portion where it says "Starting Windows" with the animation for the flag appearing from the colored spheres, the animation stops and then the following BSOD message appears

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is anew installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000009c (0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF8800376cb30, 0x00000000F210A4C0, 0x0000000000010005)

I don't think that this is exclusive to just the installation of the disk, because when I brought it to my ISP to diagnose it, they couldn't figure out the issue. When attempting to run certain disc-related tests, they said that the computer just keeps looping back to the booting.

Does anyone know what the possible issue could be and how to fix it? Assuming that anything and everything is possible?

Can you boot into Safe Mode with Networking? If so, check if there are any .dmp files in C:\Windows\Minidump, and report back.
