BSOD when starting video files, error 0x000000c2

OK, I got the file this time. I uploaded it in google drive. Here:

When I boot from the windows instalation disc, after the "press any key do begin", the disc runs for a while. But before getting to step 1 on the tutorial, I get another BSOD. This time with error 0x7B.
Does that mean I have a hardware problem?

It doesn't per se mean a hardware problem
The 0x7B is usual caused by:

• Hard drive,
• File system,
• Boot sequence errors,
• Device driver,
• Virus infection (in particular check the MBR)

skip the BIOS parts
