I always experience a BSOD whenever I try downloading a torrent (I use BitTorrent), and during skype calls in which I share screens or run simultaneous programs my computer will eventually (if not immediately) blue screen. I haven't had any successful torrent downloads and standard skype video calls run smoothly without error.

It is Symantec CMC Firewall Teefer3 that is conflicting with your network.
Code:
BugCheck D1, {0, 2, 0, fffff88001808665}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for Teefer.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for Teefer.sys
Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!NetioCompleteNetBufferAndNetBufferListChain+55 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. At least as a test.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Let us know the results. If BSODs continue to occur, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions in your next post.

BSOD still persists after installation. I even tried changing the torrent program and it still blue screened. Though it takes a few seconds for it to blue screen now as opposed to before where it would instantaneously blue screen.

Try locating an updated video card driver....it is outdated.

Quick question : I notice this is an Enterprise Windows 7 installation. How was it installed originally?
