BSOD when using flash player, error 0x000000e1

I see. Wonder why updates from antivirus software would cause dreadful thing like blue screen. Sounds awkward, really.

I know right. That's the exact question I'm going to ask customer support later...

Returned to the same facebook app to check.
No problem yet.

Will update here if the problem occurs again.

I've got a question. Is there a way to look up on histories and details of installations of a program when you have already uninstall it?

Removing McAfee now. It's sure taking a long time...
Will test if BSOD would come up after the removal.
After looking at the reliability report generated by Windows, I think the problem could be caused by the new McAfee Security Center 2013, since the BSOD came up after the update.

Sorry for jumping in but I just wanted to verify that you're using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR). Failure to use the tool could leave behind McAfee remnants which could interfere with a clean install of another anti-malware product.

How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)

I want to check this because upon examining the reliability history, it also shows that I uninstalled AVG the day before the BSOD started happening.
I just want to make sure if the whole thing is really happening because of McAfee.

(I only installed AVG for one day to scan for virus and I remove it because I install it on my D drive and it was stopping me from backing up.)

Did you also run the AVG Remover to get rid of the dregs of AVG?

Download the AVG Remover from here
http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities
Follow the instructions for running it, and then reboot the machine (whether it asks for it or not, and whether the program rebooted already or not).

What other AV's have EVER been installed?
