Hello,

I have problems with BSOD, sometimes it randomly occurs, but I noticed that it happens more often when I'm browsing the internet with Opera browser. In addition to that, it happens often when I'm using Excel (2013) too.

I managed to take a photo of a BSOD, every time is the same Blue Screen like this:

faa93r.jpg

My specs:

Laptop Dell Inspiron N5010,
Processor: Intel Pentium P6100 2,00 ghz
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470, 512 mb
RAM 4GB
HDD: 300 gb

I installed new drivers for graphics card many times (from dell drivers website), it doesn't help at all,
I changed thermal paste (on processor and graphics processor, it's better now and not so hot as before, but BSOD is appearing as usual when I use Opera or Excel 2013. Any help?

This is the zip file of log collector (in attachment)

The zip contains crash dumps only that is not sufficient for troubleshooting a stop 0x116 issue.

Please follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and upload the resulting zip with your reply.

I followed every instruction from that thread,
first I downloaded DM Log Collector, saved to my Desktop,
then run it, cmd opened, there were some instructions like "press any key to continue",
everything was ok, and at the end it was this message:
"The file collector has finished,
All files has now been collected and are in a zipped folder on your desktop ready for you to upload to the forum. Press any key to continue ..."

I don't understand why there are no files in the zip folder?

 It should not happen. DM Log Collecor should gather more data, as it does.

Anyway, there is an alternative, SF Diag Tool. Try it.
