BSOD when viewing youtube after a while or playing video games

So all i can see is Wdf01000.sys errors. not sure if there is more i am missing. I don't believe it is heat related because it is clean and i put new artic silver on my heatsink

side note, this is a fresh reimage as well. thought it might be software related

memtest passed both memory sticks 2x8gb
