BSOD when waking computer up from sleep/Hibernation - error:1033

So I have been having this problem for a few months now, but am only now getting around to fixing it. (I procrastinate and have no problem just leaving it on constantly; which is what I did after this problem arose.)
Like the title suggests, this ONLY happens when I bring the computer out of a sleep/hibernate state after it has been in one for more than a few minutes. I specify this because if I put into a sleep state, it works fine if I bring it back out right away. But after 3-5 minutes, when I try to bring it back out, at first it acts normal, but then suddenly, all the GPU fans begin running at full speed and then the computer goes through the normal boot sequence as if it was off to begin with. And if I leave it in the sleep state for to long, it goes through the same deal. Then when I get back into the desktop, it gives me an error message saying that it blue screened with a code of 1033. I have done everything I know how to do on my own. Please help.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

We have got enough evidence of display failure in the other data, plus the hints of stop 0x116 .... but it is not very common during power state change. That is why we need to study the crash dump.

If you see that still the system fails to record a crash dump, take a camera snap of the Blue Screen and upload it for us.

Shoot. Sorry. I thought it would automatically do that. But still, I don't have any dump files and for some reason, It won't create any. I have it configured to do so but I'm getting nothing. And what's more, I cannot give you a screenshot of the actual Blue Screen due to the fact that when it happens, there is no video output to my monitors. It used to always give me an error message saying it had just recovered from an unexpected shutdown and that's were it told me the 1033 error, and where It created the mini dumps. But I could never open them even the the WinDbg tool that I got from windows. Then I was having some memory cap issues a while ago on my C drive so I ran CCleaner and I guess it got rid of them all. So what it sounds like to you guys is a video problem then? I will keep triggering the BSOD and hope that It creates a dump again.

Then check in C:/Windows and make sure there is a folder there named Minidump, if there is not one there create one.

Download and install GPUz and post screenshots of the main tab and the sensor tab GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility You should be able to select each card from the dropdown at the top.

Download CPUz and post screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs (just the ones with ram in them. Select each Dimm Slot from the dropdown in the upper left)

Please go into Bios and tell me the CPU temp, Motherboard temp, the values of the +12V, +5V and +3.3V.

With these programs you are downloading, be careful about the add ons they want to install with them. Just uncheck them and they won't install.

CPU Temp: 39.0 C
MoBo Temp: 31.0 C
+12V: +12.091
+5V: +5.112/+5.136 (It kept fluctuating)
+3.3V: +3.376
