I've just done a little research and it seems this blue screen is caused by the Intel Storage Rapid Technology device driver.

Thank you for the Driver link. There are several that need to be updated. Can I search for these on my own? Or, do you feel it's necessary to purchase this service?

It's best that they double check the files before you go downloading drivers. We don't want you downloading drivers that are unnecessary.
