BSOD When watching videos on YouTube error STOP: 0x00000019

I just got a BSOD with the error STOP: 0x00000019, I've been recently getting BSOD with different types of errors like 0x0000001E and 0x0000001a. When I got those errors I was told to switch the RAM slots to a different dual channel option and when I did it, my computer could run in normal mode. Now everythings a bit shaky and somethings freeze for a second. My computer is 3 weeks old and it really sucks to have these problems already . I would like to restore my whole computer as in back to it's factory or new settings if it helps get rid of a virus of some sort. Sorry for not using 7-ZIP, I didn't have it installed.

Seems like you have 2 virus protection i.e. Avast and AVG please uninstall both of them and run the cleanup tool Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide , avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal then you can reinstall one of them.
