BSOD - which driver is culprit?

I am having BSODs caused by a driver problem:

But I have a number of pci-e connected usb3 hubs showing up in Device Manager and none of them refer to Texas Instruments. Is there an easy way to tell which of the usb entries uses the Texas Instruments chip?

Info file is attached. The newest pci-e usb 3 card has the Fresco drivers I think.

If you go to control panel 'programs and features' is anything in there that can be uninstalled referring to Texas Instruments? If there is uninstall it!

Or post a screen shot of installed programs and I will take a look.

Thanks. I attach a screenshot of my usb devices. There is something wrong with them because Device Manager is showing them automatically in expanded view. My suspicion is Fresco.
