Easy caused by your Avast.

You have way too many security products and I suspect they are conflicting..

Thanks for the reply guys.
@ Influx apart from avast all are on demand. I installed kingsoft a couple of month ago just for testing, its good but i guess i don't need it i will uninstall it no problem. But MBAM and hitman has been in the system from very long time they should not cause any problem. Where can i find GFX card driver update? I tried to update display adapter driver but windows reported that its up to date.

Is there a way to pin piont the root of the problem?

Many many thanks again

Ok MBAM can be included if it is not running realtime. Hitman showed no involvement.

BUT.

Your multiple security apps are interacting and that can allow malware an opening.

In the crash that was caused by Avast your Online-Armour was aslo the active thread. Could be both, either, or something else and we have little way of knowing until there is Just one of each (malware and firewall.)

I would suggest (AT LEAST TO TEST) you remove them all (except Malwarebtes & hitman) and replace with MSE and the built in window firewall.

If, after the situation is stabilized you want to add something back, do it one at a time, and that way if you get another crash you know what the source is.

Related to Online-Armor Firewall.

Thanks zigzag3143 for your valuable suggestion. I will remove kingsoft pc doctor and online armour first if i still face BSOD then i will remove avast. I have also posted the minidump in the avast forum where a avast team member noticed that and hopefully they will do something about it. I will monitor the behaviour of the pc for a few days and i will report back if i run into more problem. Thanks for your time and suggestion.
