Solved BSOD while checking browser e-mail(?)

I believe my computer blue-screened twice within the span of an hour, both times while checking e-mail. (It blue-screened at least once, but the screen spontaneously turned off twice.) This happened about a week ago too, and I think I was using MS Office at that time, so nothing particularly heavy.

I am not sure what might be happening, this computer is only about two weeks old. I have tried updating the drivers and have done all the Windows updates. I've attached the mini-dumps, so if somebody could look over those for me, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: Hi, I had another blue screen while I was checking this forum actually, so that would make at least 2 today. I have updated the file.

Welcome to 7 Forums.

Intel Rapid Storage is giving you some real problems. You need may need to update your Intel Rapid Storage driver as it may be out of date. Some recommend uninstalling Intel Rapid Storage, I'll ask one of our BSOD experts to provide you info on that.

Also McAfee is giving you problems:

Code:
fffff880`0baa4688 fffff880`014baaacUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\mfehidk.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mfehidk.sys

Uninstall McAfee and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

   Note
Make sure you uncheck the 'Enable Free Trial' box when installing.

Also uninstall Daemon Tools, a known cause of BSODs.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
3. Double click the executable to open it
4. Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

Thanks, I have not had any problems since I made those changes right after you suggested them! I updated the Intel Rapid Storage rather than uninstalling it, and it seems to be doing okay. I hope it stays that way. Solved, for now, at least.
