So I just had basically 3 crashes in an hour just a while ago. The first one happened while watching a youtube video and the whole computer froze leaving a sound loop had to make a forced restart. The second one was a BSOD, while the computer was in idle. I was able to use the .exe file here to create the zip file. But about 10-15 seconds after it finished the computer froze again, and I had to force a restart.

3 crashes in 1 hour, that's the most crashes I've ever seen for my computer.

perfmon reports that ZoneAlarm has configuration issues. Please uninstall it, then use this advice to ensure that any remnants are removed: Self-Service Support

MSINFO32.nfo file is corrupted (not unusual) - please do the following:
- Go to Start and type in "msinfo32" and press Enter
- When the utility opens, save a copy of it as an .nfo file, and another copy as a .txt file
- Zip them up and upload them with your next post.
You have either Riva Tuner, EVGA Precision, or MSI Afterburner installed. They all use the RTCore32.sys driver that causes BSOD's on some Win7 systems. PLease uninstall it.

You have AMD OverDrive installed - it can cause BSOD's on Win7 systems. Please do the following:
AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center.
Please uninstall the AMD OverDrive program.
If it's the stand-alone app, uninstall it via Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
If it's in the AMD VISION Engine Control Center, you can uninstall it using the AMD uninstall tool (or uninstall the entire AMD VISION Engine Control Center application through Control Panel
If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Your modem drivers date from 2006. Please update them.
Your Silicon Image storage controller drivers date from 2007. Please update them.

Hi, thanks for the helpful reply, +rep. :D
I have included the msinfo file. ZoneAlarm is gone. I do have MSI Afterburner installed but I usually leave it on when I'm playing games for it's custom fan profile. Unfortunetly AMD Overdrive is part of AMD VISION Engine Control Center so I will have to remove the whole application. It is needed for switching on\off monitors and changing settings. I know I could also use the one in Windows but it's bit more complicated I think. I 'm also not overclocking anything, everything is manually set to the normal values. I'm also going to find the updates for the drivers.

I looked at the BSOD bugcheck summary, and it seems like avwsc.exe (Avira Anitvirus) is causing the problem?

Please save the MSINFO32 file as a text file. Dragging it into Notepad creates an XML file that I just can't read. Sorry!

You can temporarily remove these programs to see if they stop the BSOD's - then reinstall them later on after we've fixed the problems.

FYI - MSI Afterburner is more likely to cause BSOD's than the AMD Overdrive (the version in the AMD Vision Engine Control Center).

So sorry about that. Will this file help?

I'll remove the programs for a couple days and see what happens.

No problems noted in the MSINFO32 file (thanks for the text version!)

It did show that back in Oct/Nov 2011 you had BSOD's relating to your video.
Did you fix that, did it just go away, or did it continue to recur until this problem popped up?

Good luck!

Sorry for the late reply. It seems that the there are no more crashes so thanks for the help really appreciate it. Could you explain a bit more on the video problem? I did have a video problem where just starting up some of my home videos caused a BSOD. That stopped, for now. Thanks again.

That's probably what I saw in the MSINFO32 report.
If it's stopped, don't worry about it.
I'm glad to hear that we have been of some help to you. Thanks for the kind words - they're deeply appreciated!!!
