BSOD While Computer Starts up

Processor: Intel Core i7 cpu 920 2.6ghz
Ram: 8.00 GB
GPU: GTX 950

When my computer starts up I get BSOD and sometimes it loads in to the desktop and works fine till the next restart. Or sometimes it just BSOD and won't let load in. I have tried a fresh OS install of Window 7 while reformatting my hard drive. I have done a memory test and disk test. Both give the same result of passing. I am at a lost. My BSOD file is attached. A few things

1. Your Windows installation is outdated, visit Windows Update and install every update available (except for Windows 10), it takes sveral trips to get them all.
2. Your BIOS is outdated, it dates from 2008 while there are updates available at https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P6T_Deluxe/HelpDesk_Download/
3. If you have used DriverMax to update your drivers then I highly recommend to revert those installations back as it causes only more trouble.
