Solved BSOD while Copy-n-Pasting or Printing from Outlook, DRIVER_POWER_STATE

Well today I got another one just rebooting my computer. I was just trying to make a connection with my wife's printer and I decided I needed to reboot and then I got a BSOD in the process.

I am not sure I should start another thread or what. But until told otherwise here is the report files.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff880014117ba, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880031cb818, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff880031cb070, Context Record Address

Crash report points to your ESET firewall driver... Typically, when antivirus is blamed and not likely to be the culprit, the problem lies in the network adapter drivers or audio drivers. Install the latest updates to both drivers from Welcome to Dell Technical Support

Checking in... I have been busy but I did find about 30 minutes to search for the proper driver. All the net adapter drivers for my Dell Studio 1749 listed on their site do not seem to match the model numbers I see listed in Device Manager. So I'm afraid to lose time installing them when they do not look like the correct ones. I will keep searching during my next window of time.

Thanks for your patience and your time Mr Ziden.

Thank you so much for the time saver.
When I attempted to update both of these, the system reported back that the drivers were already up-to-date. When I check the file dates of the driver files downloaded it does indeed appear that they are of the same file dates.
