The cause is now AVG, beyond any doubt. Uninstall that from the system. It's the worst bsod offender ever.

I still see remnants of AVG:

Code:
fffff880`03a0b000 fffff880`03a12080 avgmfx64 avgmfx64.sys
fffff880`03a16000 fffff880`03a66000 avgtdia avgtdia.sys
fffff880`03cb7000 fffff880`03cfe000 avgldx64 avgldx64.sys

Try manually searching for avgtida.sys, avgldx64.sys, and avgmfx64.sys.

Then delete them.

Hello !!

THis time it's pointing to nVidia Driver and Direct X Driver. If i were you i would completetly remove the nVidia driver and Direct X then reinstall it from fresh install. Follow this guide Info: nVidia Driver Cleaning Guide - Overclock.net - Overclocking.net and also i would recommend to run a stress test FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
