BSOD While Left Idle, Hard Drive Clicking Noise

Howdy,

I've been having the occasional BSOD lately. Sometimes when I leave my computer idle, and once now when I was playing a video game (Element4l). Also, when I start up my computer, I get a hard drive clicking noise sometimes. This noise also happens occasionally when I'm using my computer. It's always one click. About 2 weeks ago, I cloned my main drive to my backup hard drive as my storage drive has a faster RPM. I asked for help on this forum and got great help:

So ya, all my drives are in the right place with the right partitions where I want them now. I'm running windows 7 on my C: drive and I am not dual booting with Linux anymore ( cleaned up my bootloader though the console command bootrec.exe /fixmbr ). When I look at everything through my BIOS at the start, my C: drive, which is P0 (my D: is P1), does not show up, although it shows P0 in boot override. I've also done the run system repair 3 times fix that I found on this forum. Also, system repair does not detect my os ( C: ) when I boot from my Windows 7 installation cd for startup repair. Windows runs fine until the BSOD.

That said, I'm at a loss. I aware of the clicking noise being my hard drive possibly failing. Also, when I alook at my partitions through the eyes of a Linux Mint live cd, I see 2 loaders ( one on the sys res, and one on C: ). Here are the screenshots that I hope will help:

Thanks in advance. I've looked a lot into this lately and I'm wondering if I should just :1) format everything and re install, 2) fix this somehow, 3) get a new hard drive... sigh, lol. Hopefully I've included everything in my post that is helpfull...

If you hear clicking sounds on your hard drive . I'd recommend a new hard drive . Clicking sounds is not a good sign .

I'm aware of that and have my storage drive which I can go to at any moment. I'm looking for a more in debt analysis of my system and dump files tbh.

There is no point of fixing a bsod on a hard drive that is clicking. Its like pumping air to a tire with a whole in it.
