Evening,

Had this BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a) a few times now, mostly if not all the time, while on Skype. I believe it is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe but because this is a windows process I don't know where to go from here.

I have removed and reinstalled the video drivers and webcam drivers to no avail.
Ran a disk and memory check that yielded nothing.

At a loss as to where to go next. Any help will be greatly received.

Thanks

Hello and welcome to SF :) .

You MSINFO32 is empty due to the WMI service not being active.
Please confirm you have these services running and active:
Security Center, IP Helper, Windows Management Instrumentation.
:orb:> Services.msc > hit enter.

Once that is done please upload a new instance of the MSINFO32 file;

:orb:Start> Run> Type MSINFO32 then hit [Enter].
In MSINFO32 go to, File> Save> name it your user-name and upload.

The bugchecks seem to be cause by an old Dell OEM driver which I suggest you remove.

Code:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

USBSTOR was loaded and unloaded multiple times just prior to the bugcheck, because the MSinfo32
is empty I wasn't able to pinpoint the devices attached but I did find a set of old drivers that needs to be updated or removed.

Thanks for the welcome.

Attached the MSINFO32 you asked for.

Updated the stdflt.sys driver, belonged to ST Micro Accelerometer. Something to do with stopping the hard drive spinning during a fall.
Driver date: 10/12/2010 Version 1.0.0.15
Not sure why the version number rolled back but the date is newer.

risdpe64, rimspe64 and rixdpe64 all belong to a Ricoh card reader and the drivers are up to date, even though they are 2009.

Got driver verifier running again, hopefully it will cause another crash.

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback :) .
You decided to update rather then remove which is fine by me (I would personally remove it though :) ).

Thanks for the MSINFO32 file, hopefully it won't have to be in use ;).
Keep us posted.

Looks like the driver was causing the issue, not had another crash, so I will make as solved. Thanks a lot for the help.
