Is this a custom built computer or is it an OEM? If you are only having problems with 1 game, verify the game installation files.

Also, open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Good afternoon Steve.
I did notice something that could also be adding to the problem.

If pramujaaria system specs are correct their is only 1 ram module installed in a Dual Channel motherboard.

this is a custom built computer
i verified the game installation files, still got the same problem
i already run cmd than do sfc /scannow then reboot my computer about 4 times but it can't repair the system files
then i opened the case to clean mobo, procie an everything inside from dust. feel like i can play longer but still not solve the issue
is overheat can cause bsod? but the temperature of my procie is about 60 C, and my VGA is about 58 C while playing dota 2

Yes, heat can cause a BSOD. Your CPU is too hot and needs to be re pasted.

You have a Custom Build and are using an Acer/Gateway/Packard OEM license key which is not valid.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave in unexpected ways. Analyzing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimize the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a Genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them
