BSOD While playing, Error: STOP: 0x00000124

Heres my Dump report. i get the BSod whenever i play games. and also doing some stress test with my pc. I only play Heroes of newerth and MU online. i dont know why im encountering this.

Well i just noticed that you have overclocked your computer. Reset the overclock and see if the BSOD occurs. Also update your BIOS too.

My processor wasn't overclocked i just bought this 3 days ago, and it has been acting like this whenever i play or do something that will overwork the CPU. Does antivirus has anything to do with this? or no?

Well if you are a gamer and running an 3GB laptop update the BIOS. It might give you some extra ram place. I think the root of the problem is that the CPU is Running out of RAM to use when you are gaming. And no antivirus have nothing to do with this.
