OK then. That wraps up this BSOD problem. I want to thank everyone involved in helping me: ICIT2LOL, Golden, axe0. You all have been very helpful and patient with me. I can't thank you enough for helping me "fix" my PC and avoid another trip to the retail store or another hit to my wallet. ;)

TO FUTURE READERS: The moral of this story can be simplified to the following:

Antivirus software, while it is very helpful to our systems, can also be yet another method of approach when diagnosing blue screens. By this, I mean to say is that your Antivirus software may just well very be the cause of your BSODs. Reasons for this are hard to diagnose but it comes down to the idea that your system may be incompatible with it. Remember this the next time that you run into a BSOD. It may have something to do with your Antivirus software. (-SickOfTheBSOD).

That's all she wrote. Case closed.
