BSOD while playing games like scrap mechanic and fallout 4

I've already posted something about this on the Microsoft forum but we've been unable to fix it and they recommended me. So when I try to play fallout 4, Scrap Mechanic and other kind of graphic intensive games cause my screen to go black then crash while my fans go loud.
