BSOD while playing games like League of Legends or Heroes of the Storm

Hello, I've been receiving a sort of strange issue. While playing games such as LoL or HOTS, when searching for a game or loading in, my computer seems to tab out of the game. It keeps the cursor of the respective game while on the desktop unless I alt + tab, which gives me the normal cursor. When i click back on the game on the task bar, all it does is change the cursor back and I can't click on anything else. When I alt+ tab back out and close the window, log back in, and reconnect to the game, it goes through the loading screen, but as soon as it loads in to the game, my computer blue screens. It doesn't do this too, too often, but I've had it happen up to twice in one day. The stop error tells me that it's something to do with a new hardware I've installed, which I'm assuming is my graphics card. Also, I came upstairs after being away all day today, and as soon as I woke the computer up, it displayed the desktop for about a second and then went to the BSOD. I'll post the files necessary.
