Solved BSOD while playing League of Legends?

During the last month I've had several bluescreens, I get them when I opened programs like Skype, Metal Gear Rising and now Rust. Would appreciate some help.

Counterfeir installation such as yours contain heavily modified files that cause the installation to behave in unexpected ways. Determining the cause of the BSOD's with any sort of reliability on these is much more difficult. For this reason many analysts won't attempt it.

I recommend installing a genuine version of Windows 7 to minimise these sorts of problems.
