Solved BSOD while playing most games. 0x00000050

Yeah! For sure I'll give it a try! If these don't produce results I'm probably just going to toss out the "failing" HDD.

All right! I did sfc /scannow, ran a dskchk and did the windows defender offline, all of which produced no results. If there's anything else you think I should try before formatting, let me know, because I'm going to go ahead and do it if not.

Alright, an update. I removed the primary hard drive and installed windows 7 to the secondary drive. Still got a bsod while playing. I'm just going to have to order my new parts. It has got to be the ram or my cheap mobo...

Run a scan with this program designed to specifically detect rootkits in your system, it is a very quick test:
Test the memory beforehand:
Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferrly overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

:info: Each pass performs a different test

Tanks everyone for trying to help me. I've just decided it's my cheap motherboard/ram and I'm going to upgrade to some new parts. Thanks for helping me, but it seems that after a year+ of this problem it's time to just replace parts.
