BSOD while shutting down, please help

I got 2 BSOD on my brand new PC, both was when I got disconnected from the internet and tried to shut down
I have tried researching to fix this problem but no luck

Download View attachment 245618, unzip it, and place it in C:\Windows\system32\drivers. If prompted to copy and replace, do it.

Also, there is usbccgp.sys as a cause of the crash. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
5. Do the same for all.
6. Restart the computer.
7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.

And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

Avast antivirus is also a contributing factor there.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Thank you very much for the reply

Yes, I use Huawei Mobile E1820 as my 3G modem to access the internet
I suspect that it is my modem that is cause, it uses a really crappy 8ta(South African cellular network) program, and there is no update or anything for it

Later today I have found out that the usb extender I use to connect my 3G modem is faulty, so now I'm pluggin it directly. Do you think that this is possible for the cause of the blue screen?

I have no viruses or malware on my pc

A faulty USB extender may cause BSODs, but the Huawei dongle itself is also a suspect, as its driver is very old. Let us know your experience of direct using the modem.

I have plugged the dongle directly this time and it seems to not give any blue screens, but it disconnects every 3-5 min
I use a dial up setting instead of the actual driver as to avoid using the driver to connect, uninstalling the driver and just using the dial up does not seem to work.

I normally get BSOD when I use the internet for a long amount of time(Like downloading) and when it disconnects, after about 2 minute itll freeze and then BSOD, but plugging it directly seems to stopped this

I tried looking for an update for the driver, but it seems like there is only one version of this driver and cannot be updated.
Is there perhaps a solution to this?

If it is a desktop PC, you install a PCIe ethernet card, and that is the feasible solution IMO.

Izene, please dont take it otherwise, but USB dongles are always problematic, and Huawei is on the top of them in this regard. In most of the cases, the architecture of their drivers are very poor, and those are not properly updated, too.

A good wirless card will make you free from all those, or you may opt of an wired connection, via ethernet cable.
