BSOD while starting a game in an emulator

Just new minutes ago , i download an emulator "Project 64" and start a game "Mario Kart 64". after i click the start, my screen goes black then BSOD screen appears. Can you help me whats wrong with my system?

Well for starters you have a counterfeit install of windows, your Product ID matches an Acer/Packard/Gateway product key, while your mother board appears to be a retail board. Please purchase a legal copy of windows format and re-install using a legal copy of windows.

Well i just upgraded using the "you know" Windows 7, from an genuine XP pro. spare me with this
