Bsod while streaming and online gaming

Hello there! I am having some issues with some BSOD's anytime I am streaming a video online for an extended time and while playing online games such as POE and NEXON games. I have tried checking internal temperature, running an sfc check, checked to make sure all drivers were up to date.

I apologize I purchased the unit prebuilt I did not know software was not genuine. I will contact vendor who built unit.
