Good Evening,

I recently acquired a Refurb Optiplex. Sadly, I am having some issues with it. It's crashed while doing general web browsing, which is not a good sign as I had hopes to put it to other uses a bit more intensive (Streaming). I was hoping someone could shed some light on what the problem may be.

Thanks for any and all help!
