I am not very sure what is this, but it must be something installed there in your system: Canopus Co., Ltd. - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2; HX-E1/HX-E2 WDM Driver.

If possible, upgrade it.

Edit: Better you first disable it, and see if it stops crashing or not.

Mate first try disabling the card. If it does not crash anymore, then upgrade the card driver.

But if it still crashes after disabling the card, we may need to take some more hardware tests.

All hardware is upgraded with the latest drivers

Hi, I tried the windows device manager and it says all the drivers are up to date, I´ve also been in the internet sites of several hardware manufacturers and the latest versions are installed including this Canopos HX-E1.
The company that sold me this computer is now also trying to solve the problem but they said it could be the graphics card. You said to disable the canopos card but how do I do that ? It´s only when I´m editing with it that the pc goes BSOD...

Thanks

To disable that device, you go to device manager, search for that device, right click on it, and disable.

Good news that it is not crashing anymore, but if you install the same driver again, it may cause crashes again.

You go to device manager, and use the driver update wizard to install the driver. Most probably in this situation it will install the right driver that the computer needs to run the card.
