BSOD while watching a movie online

I was watching a movie online when suddenly the BSOD occurred. Here's the SF Diagnostic file.

So, the cause of the BSOD is the storage device, apparently.

As you havent provided the MSINFO32.nfo file, and your system spec is also silent about your storage devices, we cannot suggest any specific thing, but you need to test the storage device using your HDD manufacturer's disc check tool: 7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools

Make it sure that the SATA and power cables are properly connected, and there is no loose connection. if possible, change the SATA cables, and use some unused SATA port on the motherboard to connect the HDD. Check if the Disc is tightly screwed with the stand.

Also,post a secrrnshot of your HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Let us know the results. Also, when you will supply the results, upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

1. Click on the start button
2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

And fill up your system specs.

You havent have SP1 installed. No suggesting anything on it right now before seeing the results of the disc check.

The .nfo file is corrupt .... it is not opening. Anyway, let us know when all the other steps are done.

here is the nfo again, hope it work. I also updated my sys info.

It is still corrupt. But as we can see the system specs, it is not needed right now. What is needed now is the feedback.

Then, depending on the situation, we may ask for it again in an alternative approach where the corruption will not affect our goal.
