Hello,
I first experienced a BSOD whilst streaming Netflix roughly 2 weeks ago, I thought it might of been due to new software I had installed that day so I did a system restore and everything had been fine until today. Again while I was streaming Netflix I got another BSOD. I should say that I'm not actually seeing a blue screen, instead my monitor simply goes black and I hear a loud sound coming from my headset, however when using BlueScreenView it does note that a blue screen occurred.
I don't think the problem is due to RAM as I recently replaced it due to having issues about a month ago, I ran a memtest on the new RAM after installing it and received no errors after almost 24 hours of testing.
Unfortunately I don't think I'm able to provide the .dmp file from the initial BSOD as using system restore seems to have removed it from the minidump folder, however I have attached the .dmp file from today.
I also ran a virus scan after the first BSOD and nothing came up, I'm using Windows Security Essentials but ran the virus scan using Malware Bytes.
Let me know if there is any other information I can provide.
Thank you for your help.
