BSOD Win7 64 New OEM

Hoping someone can take a look for me... I have been getting random BSOD shutdown/restarts for 4 days in a row now - usually only once/day. Have attached collected info and perfmon files. This machine is about a week old. Thanks!

The crash stop code is 50, which could be hardware related, and memory corruption was blamed as the cause
Please download memtestx86 and perform it on your system and let us know the result (a screen shot might be best)
