Hello,
I had a lot of problems with BSODs so I installed official driver for logitech formula ex. It's better but sometimes i get BSOD. If I install SP1 i gets BSOD very often.
I have installed good drivers for chipset, audio, network. Maybe I have some bad driver, but I don't know hot to find it.

Can you help me?

Uninstal RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner (known issues w/Win7)

If you had make any tweaks\changes,set first everything back to defaults settings,then remove Riva.

Thanks, I uninstalled msi afterburner. I read about WD timer, but I think, everithing is OK. (newest BIOS, clean PC, new drivers...)

There is my last minidump from BSOD.

I'm going to reinstall my Win7. Then i'll install only few most important programs.

Can i install daemon tools?

Daemon tools in some cases causes bsod.

I reinstalled Windows. Now I have only newest drivers and windows updates. I tried to play NBA 2k12 (there are lot of BSODs). I got one after 5 minutes.
I run driver scanner to find outdated drivers and I donť have any old.

Maybe I have bad CPU/RAM/MB, but I tried some tests and everything seems to be OK.

I have two months old PC with this MB: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS F1A75-M.

I really donť know what is bad.

Read this Clock_watchdog_timeout.

Uninstall any Asus utility from your system.

Update motherboard bios,update chipset.

Stress\test your hardware.

I have just done it.
Memtest: 24 hours, 9 pass, 0 errors
GPU: without errors, see attachment
Prime: two hours without errors, I will try it for longer time.

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results

According to your dump file the issue is with your Processor. This occurs when the processor is non-responsive or is deadlocked.

Possible causes :

a) BIOS bug
b) a driver whose activity is causing the target processor to lock up
c) a hardware defect (temperature, voltage, dust)

But its mainly caused by a defective CPU or outdated BIOS

I've tick "Round off checking" and run each test for 10 hours and i don't get any error or warning. Now I go playing games with second monitor for monitoring temperature & voltage. But i've done it week ago and everything was OK.
