Starting in July, the BSOD started occurring every 2 weeks. Since September, it has gotten more frequent and all of my scans and other such stuff aren't pointing to a consistent culprit. I'm now getting them multiple times a day.

I'll attach the minidump.

And thank you for the help,

Welcome

:note: I am not on my BSOD computer right now, I will check the dumps as soon as I am. ITMT,

Norton and McAfee are known to cause BSODs. Suggest you to uninstall them both using their Removal Tool (search in google). Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials (at least to test). It's free, light weight and does not cause problems on the windows 7 OS. For extra security, you may use the free version of Malware Bytes.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Your graphic card drivers also need to be updated. Click on the Start :orb: ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall all ATI the related stuff. Delete remnants of ATI drivers using Driver Sweeper. Download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturers website or from a source like filehippo.com (64 bit in your case).
Code:
Driver	c:\windows\system32\drivers\atikmpag.sys (8.14.1.6160, 280.50 KB (287,232 bytes), 5/30/2012 2:44 PM)

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Free up your start up, keep nothing except the antivirus (sound card & video drivers, if necessary)

Let us know the results, good luck
