BSoD Windows 7 Pro [From Internet Browsing to Gaming] Occurs Randomly

Originally this problem occurred when I played League of Legends ONLY.

I reformatted my HD and installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit (upgraded from Windows Vista)

Now I get BSOD NON STOP. It is so aggravating.

This is the error I receive. Also the attachment includes System Info, Minidump, and Driver files using the SF Diagnostic Tool.

Comp Specs:
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale ~2.53 ghz
Mobo - Intel DP35DP
RAM - 2GB Kingston PC2-6400 (400 MHz) x2 [4GB Total]
GPU - Radeon HD 4830
Power Supply - Antec 650W
HD - 1 x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Literally encountered 5 BSoD's (SAME ERROR) while making this post!!!!!!! Help!!!!

I've had a look at dumps and quite a few are blaming atikmdag.sys - ATI Video Driver

Driver Reference Table - atikmdag.sys

Have a look if you can find a newer version and see how you get on, if that doesn't work please post back on one of the BSOD analysts may be able to help further.

@z3r010 I have updated to the latest ATI Catalyst Control Center 12.6 already. In FACT the problem did not start pre-format and pre-windows 7 until I updated TO the 12.6 version of the ATI drivers. And when I tried to uninstall those drivers and go back to the previous version, it was too late. BSoD hell...

Can you boot into safe mode and uninstall them and maybe go back to an older driver?

yeah I can try that but what's the difference between doing in safe mode in normal mode also I'm at work right now so won't be able to get to that for at least 2 or 3 hours
