BSOD- Windows Crashes after Sleep and when Waking Up

I have two issues which may or may note be related. I have a Toshiba Laptop A665 Satellite and I replaced the hard drive several weeks ago. I then loaded the factory installation application that I ordered from Toshiba, with Windows 7 home premium. The computer then occasionally crashes while I am working on it, getting the BSOD. In addition, every time the computer sleeps and I subsequently wake it up, it crashes at the Windows 7 sign on screen. I then start it up and it boots up fine and runs. I ran the BSOD tool and I am attaching the results. Anybody have any ideas on what the issue(s) or problems could be?
