I am a complete newbie to this forum and quite frankly am shocked that people spend their time helping other people out like this. So first of all, thanks in advance to all of you wizards willing to help out!

My issue started a few months ago (dealing with another issue), I restored my computer to factory settings and re-installed Windows. Ever since then, my laptop randomly reboots (usually at night) once every two or three nights. The dump file indicates a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error caused by ntoskrnl. Zip files are attached.

Thanks again!

System Information:
- Win 7 Pro, x64 ?
- the original installed OS (OEM), upgraded to Professional (Retail)
- System is a little over a year old
- OS was reinstalled 2 months ago

All crashes are related to your Juniper Networks software. I would recommend uninstalling it. If you want to use the software, you could try downloading a fresh, up to date copy and installing it again to see if the problems persist. If they do, and you still want to continue using it, contact the software developers to obtain assistance.
