Hello,

I'm new to this forum and not very tech savvy but really need some expert advice on helping me to solve the problem with my system.

My laptop is HP Envy14 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I have had the laptop for about 2 years now but been experiencing the BSOD only for the past 3 weeks now. It occurs at random times; the worst was up to 20 times a day and this is when I decided to fully reinstall the Windows 7. Before this I did all sorts of Windows/HP troubleshooting, restore points, command checks etc. and none of them showed problems.

I've been suspecting my Norton anti-virus programme to be the cause (before reinstalling Windows 7, whenever I wanted to open Norton, it wouldn’t let me and BSOD appears ) however I have reinstalled the Norton but BSOD still occurs and I can access Norton fine after reinstallation of Windows 7.

The blue screen message I’ve been getting is the "page fault in non-paged area" and through BlueScreenView I have gathered some information regarding the crashes after reinstalling Windows 7:

I also had a crash for another driver:

I have also had BSOD happening due to Synaptics Touchpad Driver fault.. therefore it seems there are multiple drivers that are causing these and there seems no way for me to know how to fix all of them..

I have attached a zip file of the dump file.

Please anyone, suggestions?

Laura

Please use this set of online utilities and update any Intel drivers it suggests,
as well as with the AMD utility (the AMD utility should find only the GPU [graphics card] driver).

Keep us informed :) .
