BSOD with ks.sys, newly installed Win7 Ultimate x64(Log included)

Hi All,

I have just re-installed my PC yesterday and left it on running for the night. This morning when I check, it shows the BSOD for ks.sys. I've been having similar issue even before re-install but since I don't have the log back then I might just ask you guys to please analyze this log and tell me what is wrong, thanks in advance...

Is Windows fully updated? If not, do so now, then monitor for stability.

Also update all device drivers.

Hi Guys....
It happened again this morning, log attached. I believe I have updated all the patches provided by MS and also installed all the driver from Dell and AMD as well. Could anyone shed some light here? Thanks in advance!
