BSOD on newly installed Win7 Home Premium - log included

Just installed Win 7 Home Premium x64 yesterday & still loading programs, tweaking etc.

I have had two crashes today. Same message in event viewer.

There isn't any dump files attached within the folder, follow these steps (Minidumps):

Remove:

Start Menu\Programs\Comodo
Start Menu\Programs\Comodo\IceDragon

Comodo has been liable to cause BSODs and other problems with Windows 7, it best to:

Install and perform full scans with:

• Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download
• Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware

Remove:

Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011
Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2011\All functions
Start Menu\Programs\jv16 PowerTools 2012

Windows 7 doesn't require any programs which make changes to the operating system and registry, these programs tend to cause problems by modifying and deleting files.

Scan for any missing, modified or corrupted protected Windows files with:

1. RE - 'Dump files' - I don't see a Complete memory dump option - see pic.

edit: uploaded wrong pic. Never mind. options are none or kernel but no 'complete dump' choice.

2. This is not my PC. I dont have the OK to delete TuneUp 2011. Its used for more than Registry cleaning. does win 7 forums have an article on the dangers of using reg fiddlers in win 7 to read?? Even I have tune up installed. Ahang-over from XP. Love some further reading on this.

3. I have MBAM paid. Just installed. Scan was 'clean'.

You don't need to upload a complete memory dump or a kernel dump at this moment in time, a Minidump will be suffice.

Have you removed Comodo and installed MSE? Have you scanned for any possible file corruption? I'm not sure there is a particular article explaining about registry cleaners, but if you asked someone on the forum or created a thread then almost everyone would remove the registry cleaner and never use it.
