Solved BSOD with STOP codes either 0x0000001E or 0x0000000a

I have an issue where my laptop crashes at varying times, but like at least once per half hour and sometimes a startup for 6 or 8 starts in a row. The BSOD usually says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, but sometimes is missing any explanation in that place on the screen The STOP codes are either 0x0000001E or 0x0000000a and there are various parameters following usually including 0x0000000000000000 and ox0000000000000001 or 2 or Z .

My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium,

I have run malware bytes and a couple other similar tools, disabled and tried to uninstall macafee programs, and I've run windows memory diagnostic tool (extended) at 10 passes, with no irregularities found.

I have run both the debug tol and the diagnostic tool and uploaded results from both.

Please help!

Uninstall these 2 applications from Control Panel

then....

Uninstall all Intel Rapid Storage Technology applications from Control Panel and reboot the system

Now you need to completely update Windows 7.

I have done everything as instructed and I am in process of trying to update Windows 7 - the issue now seems that SP1 does not want to install on my machine - it has failed three times now... Attempting to manually install kb2813170 first, then sp1

OK after alot of "windows stand alone updating", It seems I've completely updated windows and I'm finished following directions here, also, and best of all, THERE HASN'T BEEN A SINGLE CRASH YET SINCE I COMPLETED THE OUTLINED STEPS!
