BSOD with wininit.exe or csrss.exe

Hi,
I just fix up a new pc 2~3 weeks back & it starting to have BSOD since last weekend, not sure if it is due to the SP1 update or iphone drivers or simply other issues but decide to seek help here to try find out the problem.

Using Windows 7 Enterprise/Pro x64 ver, fresh install on a SSD. Unforunately right now i only got the dump file for the last BSOD which is pointing to wininit.exe.

I did some scan for virus/malware but found nothin, the last BSOD i happen to see Intel RST show an error about disk 0 not initialize, something like this (can't rmb clearly as it happen to so fast)

Hello Initial, welcome to SF!

My guess is that you have a timing error on your data disk. A known F4 error.
See this link for a possible fix:
You receive various Stop error messages in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 when you try to resume a computer that has a large SATA hard disk

thanks, will try it out & test, although probably not so soon as it can be few hours before any BSOD will occur.

Update: seem like the hotfix is not applicable to my system after i download it.

run memtest overnight, no error from it. probably will try testing the HDD before i narrow it down to software/drivers issues.

ok, Corsair Force Series 3 SATAIII 120GB SSD got some issue, I will test more using the methods provided by them to see whether it will make the system stable. Really lack of sight of me for failing to checking out the SSD before i buying it.
