Solved BSOD within 5 minutes of startup, refusal to start at times

Not very computer savvy, my apologies. I copied this from the error message and from the Control Panel. My computer has been starting up, BSOD, restarting, sometimes refusing to start. Endless cycle, been going on for days. Looking for support.


Issue has been resolved with the tip tool. Thank you for your assistance.
