Hello everyone,

I'm embarrassed to have to have to ask for help however I'm unsure how to proceed with troubleshooting my self. I will include the dump file zip. I have ran a SFC scan and it came back clean. My next step is to run a memory check however I don't have a copy of memtest86. I have downloaded it but I can't burn the iso, no cd drive and I don't have a usb drive. My plan is to get the program burnt from another computer and run it this weekend.

I'm hoping someone will have the opportunity to look over the dump file and notice something that would help me resolve the issue. I do not have overclocking set up right now, although I was planning to in the future. I am using the H100i liquid cooler and my temps stay around 30c or less so I don't think heat is an issue. The gpu gets to 55c when gaming. It's a gtx 970 on an asus 2560x1440 60hz display. I don't know if those details help or are just unnecessary. I'm just trying to think of any additional information that would help. Thanks in advance.

respectfully,

Jeremy

I'm not sure if it was the cause but...my windows 7 had no updates even to SP1 and I read that my nvedia gpu driver could be unable to work properly with such an old version because it's developed with the updates in mind. I don't know if this is a real reason but I updated windows 7 to current version.

I have not had any crashes the last two days but if someone finds time i'd still like helping knowing for sure what the cause of the bsod was. I know its a holiday weekend so no rush just curious.
Thanks
