Crash dump blames memory.
Before I go digging through the drivers one by one I'd like you to follow the directions at the below link. It would be best to allow it to run overnight for 5 to 7 passes.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

If you have overclocked your system, it's probable that the memory is not supporting the new timing, otherwise , just run the test.

Well I have had bsod:s after startup since i built this computer and I think that the reason is that my RAM sticks are not combatible with my motherbard. I have managed to avoid bluescreens by sleeping computer (not shutting down, if I shutdown it will bsod soon after next startup) When I run memtest after shutting down, it wont show any problems, but if I run memtest after computer has been shut down for like 4 hours problems start showing up.

This is the type of situation a bios update may resolve.
Have you checked the manufacturers website to see if any bios updates address your issue directly/indirectly?

From ASUS support site (ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7H55-M PRO)
I found quite many updates related to memory but my current version is second newest and newest doesn't offer any memory related fixes (I think)
P7H55-M PRO BIOS 1604
1.Remove Auto hide Turbo V adjust Extreme CPU Ratio option if CPU Ratio not "Auto" function.
2.Remove Auto hide BIOS setup items with Extreme CPU "TurboMode Core Ratio Offset" if CPU Ratio not "Auto" function.
3.Remove Auto Disable HotkeyOC function for Extreme CPU if CPU Ratio not "Auto" funciton.
What about other downloads in that site?

No those all seem to just be GUI changes to the bios interface itself, nothing related to performance.

Here's a thought, the system will run a bit slower while doing this, but can you pull one of the ram sticks and run the system a bit to see if the crash occurs with just one stick?

This may be a chipset driver issue.

I think that those RAM sticks have to be used paired?

For dual channel support, yes, they should function just fine independently though.
