New here, looking for some help!

I ran Vista 64 bit with 4gig ram fine, upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and was getting freezes/bsods constantly to the point it wouldnt boot anymore and would BSOD while trying to recover. Reformatted, put on Windows 7 32 bit and dropped down to 2gigs of ram (one stick), installed fine and works fine most of the time but still getting BSOD's randomly and starting to become frequent again.

I only have 3 .dmp's since the fresh install. I also included a MSINFO32 and a DXDIAG of my specs.

Hello, Welcome to SF,

I guess the issue is with one of the Core Windows component. Try the following steps.

Updated your Network card driver

Code:
[COLOR=Red][B]NBvEdge.sys  [/B][/COLOR]Wed May 14 22:00:38 2008
[COLOR=Red][B]nbv834x.sys[/B][/COLOR]  Thu May 15 04:26:09 2008
When i checked the MSINFO32 i see that one of the driver for Asus Utility has not installed which is well know for problem. I'm attaching it try to install it from here

Or Go to Device Manager and Update it from there.

Start > Device Manager > You could find a device with Yellow mark Right click on it and Update driver.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver is causing an inconsistent power state.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: 848d2230, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: 8296cae0, Functional Device Object of the stack
Arg4: 84cdec68, The blocked IRP

Hope this helps,
Captain
